Job Description - Patient Caller

  At least 1 year of experience in Customer care industry preferably in US process.

  Should be able to work on inbound and out bound U.S Patient calls and answer their queries.

  Answer incoming patient calls, provide predetermined responses to their questions, schedule medical appointments online or transfer the call to other departments as needed.

SKILL REQUIRED

  Basic Computer Knowledge  Excellent English speaking skills.
